Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Remote Contract Position


We are a leading architectural firm in the city of Remish and we are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a remote contract basis. This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience in architecture, preferably with English speaking skills, to work with our diverse team on projects from various countries.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for using your technical expertise to assist in the design, development, and construction of buildings. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that the designs are accurate, cost-effective, and comply with all regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in English (Malayalee fluency is a plus)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong technical skills, including AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates of all nationalities

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on design projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or Revit
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance during the design process
- Utilize your technical expertise to solve any design issues that may arise

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
