Architectural Technologist for International Firm in Remish



Our international architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Remish. This individual will be responsible for assisting our architects and designers in the planning, design, and construction of various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop and implement project plans
- Prepare detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Assist in cost estimation and budget management for projects
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with local laws and standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
