Quantity Surveyor


We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Vilnius. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This includes preparing cost estimates, negotiating contracts, monitoring project progress, and providing financial advice to project managers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Review and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and identify potential cost overruns or delays
- Provide financial advice to project managers on cost-saving measures
- Prepare monthly financial reports for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications and industry standards
- Conduct site visits to track progress and identify any issues that may affect costs
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role in the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction contracts, tender processes, and cost estimating software
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
