A well-established factory in Malindi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs when necessary
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate production records

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating machinery in a factory setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in English communication (speaking, reading, writing)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
