Industrial Architect


We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your role will involve creating functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all building codes and safety regulations are met.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans and designs for industrial buildings, including layouts, materials, and structural elements
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all building codes and safety regulations are being followed throughout the construction process
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to industrial buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel if required by clients

Benefits:
