Sales Manager - Mombasa, Kenya
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1800$, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer needs
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in India is preferred
