Job Title: Shaper - Surfboard Manufacturer



We are a surfboard manufacturing company based in Malindi, seeking a skilled Shaper to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in shaping surfboards and a passion for the surfing industry.

As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating custom surfboards based on specific customer requests and designs. This includes selecting and shaping the appropriate foam, applying fiberglass and resin layers, and fine-tuning the shape and dimensions of the board.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce high-quality, functional surfboards that meet our customers' expectations. You must also have knowledge of different types of surfboards and the ability to work with various materials.

In addition to shaping, you will also be responsible for maintaining the shaping room and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition. You may also be required to assist with other tasks in the factory as needed.

We offer competitive salary of 1500$, along with accommodation and support in obtaining a biometric passport. This position is open to all nationalities, but experience in surfboard shaping is required.
