Entry-Level Executive Chef

We are hiring a talented and driven Entry-Level Executive Chef to join our team in Plovdiv. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that meet high quality standards
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to create new dishes and specials that align with customer preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Passion for cooking and interest in pursuing a career as an executive chef
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality dishes consistently
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or certificate preferred but not required
- Prior experience working in a professional kitchen is a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in Plovdiv

Salary:
Starting salary of 1500$ per month
