Formwork Specialist

As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and installing temporary structures to support concrete during construction projects. This role requires experience in formwork and carpentry, as well as the ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and install formwork according to construction plans
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials to build formwork
- Ensure proper alignment and levelness of formwork
- Pour and compact concrete into formwork
- Remove formwork after concrete has set
- Inspect formwork for any defects or damage
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in formwork and carpentry
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid biometric passport (if applicable)

Salary: $1500/month

Location: Las Vegas, USA (open to all nationalities)
