We are seeking an experienced Collector to join our growing team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Indian Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers, managing delinquent accounts, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in collections and a strong understanding of financial processes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes free visa and ticket. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. Fluency in English is not required for this position as long as the candidate is able to effectively communicate with customers in their native language.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to collect overdue payments
- Negotiating payment plans with delinquent accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of all collections activities
- Communicating with customers in their native language (Indian languages preferred)
- Providing excellent customer service while recovering outstanding balances
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of Indian languages preferred but not required
- Willingness to relocate to Nakuru, Kenya if not currently residing there
