Job Title: Puncher - Eldoret, Kenya



We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating machinery to punch holes into metal sheets and plates according to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punching machines to punch holes in metal sheets and plates
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine punching requirements
- Measure and mark punching locations on materials
- Load materials onto machine and adjust settings as needed
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary for quality control
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Puncher or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with operating punching machines and reading engineering drawings
- Ability to measure accurately using rulers, calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Basic understanding of metal fabrication techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours. The salary for this position is $1100 per month. This position does not include accommodation. We welcome applications from individuals of all levels of experience.
