We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Salesman to join our team in Manama, Bahrain on a contract basis. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and achieve targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through researching and networking
- Present, promote and sell products or services to customers using effective sales techniques
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking out new sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in the company's CRM system

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Salesman or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- High school diploma or equivalent
