We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef for our upscale restaurant in Utena, Lithuania. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and leading a team of chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1500$ per month and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality and consistent dishes
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to restaurant standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control, and revenue generation strategies
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards in the kitchen
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Lithuanian language is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Creative mindset with a passion for using local ingredients to create unique dishes
- Good understanding of food cost control, budgeting, and menu planning principles
