We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they meet safety and functional requirements. Your role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to create innovative designs that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and assess site feasibility for new constructions
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs and compliance with building codes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Oversee construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Las Vegas, USA (open to candidates from any nationality)
