Industrial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You must have a strong understanding of engineering principles and design concepts, as well as the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes
- Oversee the construction process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position. This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas. Preference will be given to Egyptian or Canadian candidates who have experience working on industrial projects. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
