Land Surveyor
Location: Malindi, Kenya
Salary: 1300$
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate measurements of land using various tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features of land
- Use tools such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography to gather data
- Analyze survey data to create maps, reports, and legal descriptions of land
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Manage survey crew members and coordinate tasks
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to land surveying
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
We offer competitive salary package of 1300$ per month with opportunities for growth. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
