Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist

As an Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Your main goal will be to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that result in cost savings and improved quality. You will work closely with production teams to understand their needs and develop strategies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies, process flow analysis, and value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
- Utilize statistical tools such as Six Sigma to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new processes or modify existing ones that result in increased efficiency
- Train production teams on new processes and provide ongoing support as needed
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress towards goals
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in process improvement, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools such as Six Sigma
- Proficient in data analysis using statistical software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Location: Lusail, Egypt

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) with potential for full-time employment
