We are seeking an experienced Foundryman to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for pouring and shaping molten metal into molds to create various metal products. Your duties will include inspecting and repairing molds, operating machinery, and monitoring the melting process. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Foundryman
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds by cleaning, coating, and assembling them
- Pour molten metal into molds according to specifications
- Monitor melting process and adjust temperature as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and repair any issues with molds or products
- Operate machinery such as furnaces, ladles, and cranes
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Follow safety procedures at all times
