As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your expertise in building construction, materials, and codes will be crucial in ensuring that designs are functional, safe, and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed architectural drawings and models.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts.
- Analyze building plans and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and codes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary:
