Tiler - Entry Level

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tiler to join our team in Los Angeles. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of tile in various residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of surfaces for tiling, including cleaning, leveling, and waterproofing
- Mix and apply mortar or adhesive to secure tiles in place
- Cut and shape tiles using specialized tools
- Install tiles on floors, walls, or other surfaces according to design plans
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles
- Grout and seal tile surfaces to create a finished appearance
- Clean up work area and dispose of debris after each project
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; vocational training or certification in tiling preferred
- Previous experience in tiling or construction is a plus but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in tiling
- Physically able to lift heavy materials, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. As this is an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. However, candidates must have their own valid visa for working in the United States.
