Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our growing team in Utena, Philippines. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through various sales and marketing strategies. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards goals
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to secure group bookings
- Train and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as Opera or Fidelio is a plus

We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with additional performance-based incentives. This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday-Friday. Accommodation will not be provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare tickets for our employees.
