Construction Manager
We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Las Vegas. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to final construction. This role requires excellent management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with diverse teams
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Las Vegas, USA

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on construction projects in Las Vegas or similar climate/terrain
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Nepali (or other languages commonly spoken by construction workers in the area)
