Construction Project Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful project management, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of construction processes and regulations. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and in compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site to ensure adherence to project timelines and standards
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee implementation of safety protocols on site
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate progress, identify risks, and ensure quality control
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies needed for projects
- Mentor and supervise junior team members such as assistant project managers or construction coordinators

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Proven track record of successful project management within the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in using project management software such as AutoCAD or Procore
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, schematics
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Candidates from Nepal or Kenya are encouraged to apply, but all qualified applicants will be considered.
