Manage daily operations of our busy restaurant in Muharraq, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food, and efficient staff performance. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and maintain a positive work environment. Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of staff. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or issues. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, a biometric passport, and be able to work well under pressure.
