Formworker - Moscow, Russia


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Formworker to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for building and setting up forms that hold concrete in place during construction projects. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials, assembling and securing forms, and ensuring all forms are level and aligned correctly.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately. Previous experience as a Formworker is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Assemble various forms such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Secure forms in place using nails, bolts, screws or other fasteners
- Check all forms for proper alignment and levelness
- Remove forms after concrete has dried
- Repair damaged forms as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment (e.g. saws, drills)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if necessary
