Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer)
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (Preference for Indian candidates)
Salary: $1300 per month


We are hiring a skilled QA Engineer to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through thorough testing and analysis. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software products to ensure quality and functionality
- Develop test plans, test cases, and perform regression testing
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical issues
- Document and report all bugs and issues found during testing
- Provide recommendations for improvement in product quality and process efficiency
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, etc.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills in English
