Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer) - Kaunas, Lithuania



Our growing tech company in Kaunas is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and bug reporting. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket for non-Lithuanian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, reliability, and usability of our software products
- Identify and report bugs to the development team using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes
- Create comprehensive test reports for each testing phase
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C++
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium or Cucumber
- ISTQB certification
