Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by assisting with their needs and requests during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and services
- Assist guests with booking reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other activities
- Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions for local attractions and events based on guests' interests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain an organized concierge desk and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently
- Keep track of daily events and activities happening in the hotel and surrounding areas
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local restaurants, shops, and services to assist guests with any needs or inquiries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle stressful situations with ease
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

We offer competitive salary of $1600 per month along with free visa sponsorship and travel ticket.
