Senior Computer Research Scientist

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses related to computer science
- Analyze data using statistical methods and present findings to team members
- Develop new algorithms and techniques to improve existing systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify research priorities and align projects with company goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in computer science
- Write reports, publish papers, and present at conferences to share research findings
- Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance on their projects

Requirements:

- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Computer Research Scientist or similar role
- Proficient programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning techniques
- Experience with data analysis tools such as R or MATLAB
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
