Project Manager for International Construction Projects

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee international construction projects in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and team management. You must be able to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for large-scale construction projects
- Experience working on international projects is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of project management software (Primavera, MS Project) is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of the project within budget
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Manage risk by identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional growth
