Biometric Passport Agent - Bungoma, Kenya


We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Biometric Passport Agent to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and issuing biometric passports to Indian nationals. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify all required documents for biometric passport applications.
- Collect biometric data from applicants, including fingerprints and facial features.
- Upload data into the passport system accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all information entered is correct and meets government regulations.
- Communicate with Indian nationals to provide updates on their application status.
- Maintain accurate records of all processed applications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with biometric technology is an asset.
