Concierge Assistant in Nakuru, Kenya


We are hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team in the vibrant city of Nakuru, Kenya. This role is perfect for Malayalees who are looking for a job with no English requirements and who are interested in working in a customer service-oriented environment.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. Your main duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, making reservations for tours and activities, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Malayalam. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have exceptional problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
