Milling Machine Operator

As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines in our manufacturing facility in Malindi. Your primary duties will include setting up and adjusting the machine settings, loading materials into the machine, and monitoring the milling process to ensure quality and efficiency. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during production and performing routine maintenance on the machines.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience operating milling machines and a strong understanding of machine operations and maintenance. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional technical training or certifications are preferred. As our facility operates 24/7, you must be able to work flexible shifts as needed.

We are specifically seeking candidates from India who are looking for part-time work with visa sponsorship. While fluency in English is not required for this position, basic communication skills are necessary to understand safety procedures and communicate with coworkers.
