Milling Machine Operator



We are a well-established manufacturing company in Malindi, seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position, suitable for men with experience in operating milling machines. We are open to hiring Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have the necessary work permits.

As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the milling machine to produce precision parts according to specifications. This includes selecting appropriate tools and materials, monitoring machine performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machine to produce parts according to blueprints or job instructions
- Select proper cutting tools and materials for each job
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results
- Inspect finished parts for quality assurance
- Record production data and report any issues or malfunctions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator
- Technical knowledge of operating milling machines
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Ability to interpret blueprints and job instructions
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
