As a Project Manager in Wiltz, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects from start to finish. You will work closely with team members and clients to ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and scope. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks will be key in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Conduct project evaluations to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Report project progress to senior management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (project management certification is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management (experience in construction industry is preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
