IT Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our growing team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a diverse team of IT professionals, as well as the ability to oversee and maintain all aspects of our company's technological infrastructure. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of current industry trends.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support company goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure security and integrity of all company data and systems
- Evaluate new technology solutions and make recommendations for implementation
- Maintain budget for hardware, software, and services
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, hardware, and software systems
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Herzliya

Preference given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
