Information Technology Manager



Our growing company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and operations of our company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with company goals
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and information systems
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Train employees on new technology systems or updates
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, database management, and cybersecurity protocols
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and remote access solutions
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage projects, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Preference will be given to Pakistani candidates who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided for this position. A valid biometric passport is required for employment.
