Data Analyst - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are a fast-growing data analytics company based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join us in our mission to provide valuable insights and solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and visualizations to communicate insights
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously evaluate and improve data quality and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficient in SQL databases and programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning techniques is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this contract position. Visa sponsorship can also be provided for international candidates.

Location:
This is an on-site position located in Vilnius. Remote work options may be available depending on the candidate's location.
