Entry Level Adjuster - Bungoma, Pakistan (Contract)


We are currently seeking an Entry Level Adjuster to join our team in Bungoma, Pakistan on a contract basis. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing and investigating insurance claims to determine coverage and liability. Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and investigate claims to determine coverage and liability
- Gather information from claimant, witnesses, and other relevant parties
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and gather evidence
- Analyze information gathered to make informed decisions on claims
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bungoma, Pakistan. While we do not provide accommodation for our employees, we can assist with finding suitable housing options in the area.
