Insurance Adjuster - Bungoma, Kenya



As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and the extent of the insurance company's liability. You will work closely with clients, witnesses, and other professionals to gather information and conduct interviews in order to make informed decisions regarding claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering and reviewing relevant documents, conducting interviews, and inspecting damaged property
- Analyze information gathered to determine coverage and liability of the insurance company
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties
- Prepare reports documenting investigation findings and make recommendations for claim settlements
- Stay updated on industry regulations and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or finance
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under strict deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong investigative skills
- Must be fluent in English

Salary: $1100 per month
