Indian Architecture Manager in Sheduva

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Indian Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various building projects within the city. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with building codes
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Train and mentor junior architects on best practices and techniques

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
