Architectural Designer


A reputable architectural firm in Siauliai is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in design and construction, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the architecture industry and must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and other design software
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay updated on current industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Review project plans for accuracy and make necessary revisions
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to prioritize tasks efficiently
