Seamstress

We are a reputable clothing company based in Mombasa, and we are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for constructing garments and other fabric items according to specific design specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various fabrics and sewing techniques, as well as the ability to operate industrial sewing machines and other equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret design patterns
- Measure and cut fabric according to pattern specifications
- Sew together pieces of fabric using various stitching techniques
- Create finished garments that meet quality standards
- Repair or alter garments as needed
- Operate industrial sewing machines and other equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Seamstress in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with various fabrics and stitching techniques
- Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and other equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1100$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mombasa, Kenya (open to candidates of any nationality)

Accommodation: Accommodation can be provided if needed for candidates from outside of Mombasa.
