Part-Time Seamstress in Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Seamstress to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments and alterations for our customers. This is a part-time position that offers flexible working hours to accommodate students or individuals with other commitments.

Requirements:
- Proficient in sewing and garment construction
- Attention to detail and ability to follow patterns and instructions
- Familiarity with different types of fabrics and sewing techniques
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Sewing, cutting, and assembling garments according to customer requirements
- Altering existing garments as needed
- Assisting customers with choosing fabrics and designs
- Maintaining a clean and organized sewing area
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with the final product

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a seamstress or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of sewing machines
- Ability to read, understand, and follow patterns
- Creativity and ability to come up with unique designs
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
