We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. You should have experience working in a bakery or food production environment, with excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid work visa (own visa preferred)
