Land Surveyor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas, determining property boundaries, and providing data for construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, including free visa and ticket for African nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours.
- Utilizing various surveying equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels.
- Analyzing survey data to create detailed maps and reports.
- Working closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate land measurements for construction projects.
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and preparing legal documents related to land boundaries.
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times while working on job sites.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
