Industrial Architect


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. Your main goal will be to ensure that these structures are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of industrial processes and systems. You will also need to possess excellent technical skills and be proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The ability to work collaboratively with other professionals, such as engineers and construction workers, is also crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed industrial projects
- Develop detailed plans and layouts for industrial structures based on client needs and specifications
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Use CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed structures
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to address any technical issues or concerns
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects
- Review project progress regularly to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and systems
- Proficiency in using CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
