Industrial Architect - Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. In this role, you will work closely with clients and project managers to design and develop industrial buildings and structures. You will be responsible for creating detailed plans and blueprints, ensuring compliance with building codes, and overseeing the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
- Design industrial buildings and structures using CAD software
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for industrial structures
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position that includes accommodation. It is suitable for men who are passionate about industrial architecture.
