Instrument Technician - Khasab, Oman



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of instrumentation and control systems in various industries. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician
- Knowledge of various types of instrumentation and control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instrumentation including sensors, transmitters, controllers, and analyzers
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment using diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of problems
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy of readings
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on instrumentation
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology related to instrumentation

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
