We are currently hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Utena. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are properly displayed and promoted in retail stores. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to check product placement, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Communicate with store managers to ensure our products are properly displayed and promoted.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure timely restocking of products.
- Identify opportunities for product placement and promotional displays to increase sales.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and suggestions for new product ideas.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for visual presentation and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with market research techniques is a plus.
- Must be able to work independently and have a strong sense of initiative.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$. Additional benefits such as bonuses may be provided based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Utena, but occasional travel within the surrounding area may be required.
